The fruit is hand picked from the younger vines on their estate holdings across Barolo, Novello, Sinio and Bricco Bertone, ranging from 7 25 years of age. The grapes are picked in the wee hours of the morning to keep them cool and maintain as many of the wonderfully fresh aromatics as possible through the winemaking process. Every berry is handled gently,
