Germany, Luftwaffe. A Bomber Flight Clasp, Gold Grade Newly Listed the reverse inscribed “1914 1918”(Frontflugspange fr Kampf und Sturzkampfflieger in Gold). Instituted on 30 January 1941 by Reichsmarschall Hermann Gring. A clasp constructed of gilded zink, the obverse with a central downward sloping winged bomb within a laurel wreath, and nine oak leaves on either side of the wreath, meeting a swastika at the bottom, the reverse presents a magnetic horizontal tapering pin with a sheet metal hinge and a replacement catch, measuring 76. 48 mm (w) x
