Domaine Louis Claude Desvignes Morgon Les Impénitents 2022 Size::1 Bottle Made predominantly from Tinta NegraMostly whole bunches except the younger vines. Dense dark centre with crimson rim. It's backward but exciting. There is so much more volume of fruit here, yet it still has the Morgon muscle behind it. The fruit is complex, with dark berries, bramble, and blackcurrants, and it has no sensation of over ripeness. The Javernires clearly really needs time. There are tannins present, but they are managed by the fruit. It's an amazing wine for the long term.
