The zine was published by Eric Cope, also known as Black Dog Bone. who also published the rap magazine Murder Dog. This issue features pictures of Bob Dylan; interviews with Sonic Youth, Swans, Psychic TV, and Lydia Lunch; reviews of Butthole Surfers; and much more. It features a simple layout and great writing. This original promotional copy of Wiring Dept. is in great condition with a vertical
