Grant Burge Corryton Park Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 750ml domaine-de-ferrand It’s a forwardMint chocolate ground turmeric, black cherry and cassis flow on the palate. Tight and dense tannin, moderately weighted but powerful flavours. Acid draws the tannins inwards that tensions the palate providing a velvety and dense texture. Finish is long and even with firm but not forced tannins.
