Germany, Heer. An Officer’s Breast Eagle, Flat Wire Version United Republic of from 1900 to 1938(Heer Brustadler fr Offiziere). Constructed of a dark green wool base, the obverse overlaid by a layer of dark green rayon, in turn bearing a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 105 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), demonstrating some mothing to the wool underlay, in uniform removed and better than very fine condition.
