A First War 134Th Infantry Battalion "4Th Highlanders" Glengarry Badge Newly Listed Two Japanese Red Cross MembershipBrowning copper, voided, maker marked obscured on the reverse, 46 mm x 57. 8 mm, intact lugs, very light contact, extremely fine. Footnote: The Battalion was raised and mobilized in Toronto, Ontario under the authority of G. O. 151, December 22, 1915. The Battalion sailed August 9, 1916 under the command of Lieutenant Colonel A. A. Miller with a strength of 32 officers and 1,078 other ranks. In England, the Battalion was absorbed into the 12th Reserve
