Hatozaki pure malt whisky is made of 100% malt whiskies and blended with a 5 year old single malt. This pure malt ages for several years in casks that previously held bourbon and sherry, plus Japanese Mizunara casks. The ageing process gives this whisky rich notes of dried fruit and malted cereals with a smoky, honeyed finish. With a rounded mouthfeel and aromatic
