Constructed of dark navy blue wool, the obverse bearing a Kriegsmarine eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, executed in hand embroidered golden yellow celleon wire, unmarked, measuring 105 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue, in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
