Three piece construction, in silver with red enamels, Gold hammer and sickle insignia, Monetny Dvor mint marked and number engraved "25338" on the reverse, measuring 43. 2 mm (w) x 43. 7 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, dark patina, original ribbon, mounted to a five sided aluminum suspension with pinback, extremely fine.
