It states that Matrose (Sailor) Haardt (no first name given) of the 3rd Company of the Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung (Navy Artillery Detachment) VI has been awarded the Marksmanship decoration 1st Grade in the 2nd shooting class for rifle in 1934/35
