Germany, Wehrmacht. A Core For A 1939 Iron Cross Ii Class Auction clearly visible is Iron Cross(Eisernes Kreuz 1939 II. Klasse Herzstck). A blackened iron cross paty, the obverse with a central mobile swastika, the 6 oclock arm bears the reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse 6 oclock arm with the original institution date of 1813, unmarked, measuring 38. 19 mm (w) x 37. 99 mm (h), majority of black removed due to age, otherwise fine.
