UNO LIARS CARD GAME np16-05 Anna and KristoffThis game plays the same as regular Uno except for these changes. Every Number Cards have one Liar's Modifier, All Action Cards are Liar's Modifier. 7s are Seven Swap Modifier and 0s are Zero Pass Modifier. Regular Cards always play face up, but Liar's Modifier always plays face down. When the player plays this card that doesn't match the top of the discard pile, player always bluffs, then say out loud what card it is. Other players can choose
