Constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse consisting of a crowned and double headed Austro Hungarian imperial eagle, clutching a sword and orb, overlaid by a shield bearing a depressed number 11 highlighted in black, the reverse retaining a central bar completing in each end with a malleable butterfly clip for attachment, also containing a small leather patch for the backing of the 11, unmarked, measuring 65. 25 mm (w) x 77 mm (h),
