The wine was fermented in concrete tank and large wooden tronconique vats (with a degree of carbonic maceration)

and the 2008's fruit was harvested very late

The palate is a joyful romp of rich

Delord 2002 BA 40% 700ml Size::1 Bottle Pinot Meunier and ChardonnayGourmet and refined floral hints (rose), vanilla and candied orange notes on the nose. The palate is not overly oaky but more on the dried citrus fruits, orange zest, spiced bread and a touch of ginger. The finish of candied orange and citrus notes persists, quite suave with very good length.
