Flametree ‘Embers’ Pinot Grigio 2022 united-kingdom 8% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2%WINEMAKING NOTES This wine is made from machine harvested fruit, harvested in the early hours of the morning, then tipped directly into the press and given a few hours skin contact. The skin contact provided flavour and tone needed for this style of wine. Free run juice was fermented in stainless steel and the pressings were fermented in old oak barrels. Some of the pressings went back into the final blend giving weight, complexity and added texture.
