The passion morphed with his school nickname Deadly Derek. He used to make CD for friends with his best DJ mixes and signed them Mixed by DJ Deadly. The Amplifier Chardonnay is just another one of his creations. The palate is mid weighted but with good flavour intensity. It shows succulent white peach and tinned pear juice
