The preparation of our mirabelle plums has remained artisanal: the flavor of the fresh fruit is preserved, enhanced with a touch of mirabelle brandy, and slightly sweet. An artisanal recipe, a little treat to peck with your fingers at the end of a meal, or to slip into your pastries.
