this is a Nebbiolo drinker’s Dolcetto (if you know what we mean) and one that punches well above its weight
Half of the fruit was destemmed and fermentation occurred with wild yeasts in eight-tonne open concrete fermenters
which gradually opens up to reveal spicy notes such as cloves and liquorice
This wine has an alcohol level of 13
The 2024 season was mild and calm with an easy-going spring that provided the best flowering in years
