Deco Relief Red Gloss Food Colour for Chocolate, 20g Liquid Smoke This intense Santa Claus redThis professional red food colouring is fat soluble, perfect for use in pastry and chocolate work. To use, mix the red chocolate colour together with melted white chocolate or cocoa butter melted at 35C. Mix well and apply the coloured chocolate using a brush or chocolate spray gun.
