A Battle of Poltava Commemorative Token Province of China Footnote: Driver Richard Carter servedConstructed of a silvered alloy, the obverse bearing a raised and rightward facing profile of Tsar Peter I (the Great), the reverse bearing a depiction of Russian and Swedish forces clashing at the Battle of Poltava, topped by an inscription of PULTAVA, situated above date of 1709, unmarked, measuring 30. 68 mm in diameter, weighing 11. 3 grams, demonstrating moderate loss of finish throughout, in very fine condition.
