Corn has been making wine with George Mihaly from Paradigm Hill, since 2015 and these are his first releases after finishing his Viticulture and Oenology Degree at the University of Adelaide. Made with minimal intervention in small batches, as a winemaker in residence at Paradigm Hill Winery in Merricks North, we are very excited to have them on
