M. Chapoutier St Joseph ‘Les Granits’ Blanc 2018 Size::1 Bottle but the vines being agedTasting Eye: dark garnet. Nose: very ripe black fruit jam, smoky and mineral notes. Mouth: smoky and peppery notes. Very tight tannins and very long persistence on the palate. Depending on the vintage, the wine can be kept for 30 to 60 years, or even 50 to 75 years. Sommeliers advice: A framework full of finesse and elegance, the notes of blueberries and graphite play with the reduction of the wine on refined tannins. Pairings: Parma ham. Beef fillet
