A 134Th Infantry Battalion "48Th Highlanders" Glengarry Badge consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac the obverse marked “MIn browning copper, voided, maker marked "ELLIS BROS TORONTO" on the reverse, measuring 45. 5 mm (w) x 58. 7 mm (h), both lugs and pin intact, one of which is bent, very light contact, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Battalion was raised and mobilized in Toronto, Ontario under the authority of G. O. 151, December 22, 1915. The Battalion sailed August 9, 1916 under the command of Lieutenant Colonel A. A. Miller with a strength of 32 officers and
