Constructed of police green rayon, the obverse overlaid by an additional layer of identical rayon threading, in turn bearing a machine embroidered silver grey Ordnungspolizei insignia in the form of an oval oak leaf wreath joined together at the bottom by ribbon and topped by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 105 mm (w) x 90 mm (h), demonstrating minor
