Constructed of red cotton rayon blend, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with black cotton rayon blended tresses, bearing a central white cotton disc overlaid by a black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 18 cm (w) x 13 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface,demonstrating minor soiling to the disc and swastika, in near extremely fine condition.
