Silver gilt cross in red enamel, each of the arms finished with two ball finials, centrepiece ring shows variation of insignia with two black pillars surrounded by a laurel wreath and the inscription A La Lealtad Acrisolada Por Isabel la Catlica, back plate period replaced, 77. 7 mm (h) x 77. 7 mm (w), very fine condition.
