Samuel Tinon Tokaji Szamorodni Szaraz 2009 500ml Region:Hungary ranging from 350-650m above seaA unique dry wine made from late harvested Furmint, left to age in barrel under a blanket of flor yeast similar to that of Sherry of Vin Jaune. Aromas of hazelnut, lemon, apple sauce, vanilla, and yeast. The palate is lithe, with dusty flor character and white pepper layered over Mayer lemons and orange peel. Very dry, with a resonant finish.
