We allow these parcels to hand a touch longer on the vine chasing a plush fruit profile, knowing they will retain the acid and depth of flavour to produce balanced win in the bottle. Indulged with over 18 months maturation in French oak (25% new) our reserve Shiraz is deep, rich, bold and complex. One to sip and savour as you ponder Nirvana.
