Constructed of iron and neusilber, consisting of a Cross Patte with a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed neusilber frame, the obverse bearing three central oak leaves, the six oclock arm bearing a reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse six oclock arm bearing an initial institution date of 1813, the twelve oclock arm topped by an integral loop connecting to an oak leaf clasp with
