The fruit comes from 25 year old vines at 250 metres altitude and includes 15% reserve wines dating back to 2013, adding subtle depth and maturity. Delicately pale in colour with fine, persistent bubbles, it shows aromas of wild strawberry, rose petal and citrus zest, layered
