Germany, Luftwaffe. A Radio Operator and Air Gunner Badge, by C.E. Juncker Hold with a red felt center(Fliegerschtzenabzeichen fr Bordfunker). Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a mobile swastika, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a pair of lightning bolts, the reverse with two visible rivets securing the eagle in position, with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch emanating from a circular base, maker marked C. E. JUNCKER, BERLIN
