Vintage Dwarr "Times Of Terror" Tank Top Pop The Los Angeles-based heavy metalDwarr, the solo "metal" project of Dwuane Warr, was founded in Columbia, SC in 1981. While the name, song titles, and the ideology is metal, it doesn't really sound like metal in the traditional sense. The band's first LP, 1985's Starting Over, is a weirdo, outsider, psych record with distorted shredding and dark lyrics. The album has since been re released by Drag City.
