Instituted in 1434. A Knight in 18K Gold featuring a white enamelled Shamrock cross with green enamelled Maltese arms in each quadrant, the reverse mirrors the obverse, measures 39. 1 mm (w) x 41. 0 mm (h), weighs 6. 83 grams, worn on original green ribbon, residue to reverse arms, remains in extremely fine condition. A miniature of the order, in Gold, presents matching symbolism, measures 15. 7 mm (w)
