The opera was just premiered after a long, complicated fight with the censors, and the action had to be moved to Boston instead of Europe, and the Naples premiere followed soon after the Rome world premiere. Libretto has no covers but is otherwise complete, 4. 25 x 6. 75 inches, in very good condition.
