Hahndorf Hill Winery Shiraz 2021 domaines-leflaive-associes our Chardonnay is barrel fermentedThis cool climate Shiraz is full and deep in colour and with a rich nose of ripe red and black fruits. The palate is full and beautifully smooth with layers of red fruits, blackcurrants and gentle warm spices. The tannins are ripe and fine, and perfectly wrap around the juicy acidity, with a long, dry and smooth finish. Match this wine to a rare, pan seared sirloin, crispy grilled lamb cutlets or a rich beef stew. Age till 2030.
