They are picked and collected in bins, maceration in 60 hl oak vats for 6 10 days. Refining and malolactic fermentation in barrique from 20 to 24 months plus one year in steel tanks. Minimum 3 months refining in bottle. The result is a dark ruby coloured red wine with ripe red fruit
