Germany, Luftwaffe. A Short Range Night Fighter Clasp, Bronze Grade Auction Archive while the central medallion on(Frontflugspange fr Nahnachtjger in Bronze). Instituted on 14 August 1942. A clasp constructed of bronzed zink, the obverse with a central motif of an upward pointing winged arrow, separately cast then riveted, a static swastika on the bottom of the blackened wreath, with nine oak leaves on either side of the wreath, the reverse with a slender horizontal pinback, a barrel hinge, and a flat wire catch, measures 75. 97 mm (w) x 25. 59 mm (h), weighs 16.
