A 1914 Star To The 1St Kensington Battalion; Kia March 1915 Archive maker marked "LF" and name1 Clasp 5th AUG. 22nd NOV. 1914 (1478 Pte H. L. HARDY. 1 13LOND: R.). Naming is officially impressed. Replacement ribbon, very light contact, traces of glue residue evident on the reverse, better than very fine. Footnote: 1478 Private Henry Leonard Hardy, 1 13th London Regiment (1st Kensington Battalion) died on March 12, 1915. He is buried in Neuve Chapelle Farm Cemetery, Pas de Calais, France, Grave D.
