Cullen Wines Mangan Red Moon 2024 ponzi driven by fruit purityA Red Moon occurs during a total lunar eclipse when the light filtering through the Earths atmosphere dapples the moon in red light. A total lunar eclipse occurred on the 16th May 2022 just after the end of another harvest here at Cullens. This hand harvested fruit was destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts with no additions or fining at bottling.
