A ball tipped faceted Maltese Cross in silver gilt, featuring cluster of seven silver rays in each quadrant, obverse centre in blue enamels exhibiting a riding figure of St. Hermenegildo also in silver gilt, surrounded by a white enamel border inscribed PREMIO A LA CONSTANCIA MILITAR (Award for Military Constancy), as well by an outsider green
