Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Geneva Cross, the obverse with red enameled arms joined through the quadrants by a circular white enameled ring, bearing a central black enameled DRK style German national eagle clutching a gilt
