It comes from a reputed grand cru with pebbly soil. Environmentally friendly methods are used on the vineyard following the principles of regenerative agriculture. The grapes are harvested in small cases in order to protect their quality. This cuve is vinified in whole bunches in order to obtain a complex and delicate wine, using as few additives as possible.
