Two Hands ‘The Wolf’ Riesling 2015 lurton Crafted without oakBrilliant very pale straw almost water like colour. The nose is reminiscent of freshly squeezed lime juice mixed in with lemon, green apple, wet steel and flinty mineral. The palate is quite austere and dry with freshly squeezed lime and lemon infused with wet steel and flinty mineral. Crisp crunchy acidity with an aftertaste of lemon, lime, wet steel and flinty mineral. One to put away. Cellar 6 8 years.
