Nearly 50% of some bottles are Cabernet Franc. It brings freshness and tension and balances out the Merlot that brings fruitiness and alcohol. Cheval Blanc is one of the most concentrated Saint Emilion. It takes between 15 and 25 years of maturing for it to be at its peak. It is graceful, a texture that brings it closer to
