Di Giorgio Wines Coonawarra Head in the Clouds Traditional Method Pinot Noir NV jaunt Hand-harvested from Toolangi’s original 1995Kongorong (an area south of Coonawarra) was selected as the region to source the fruit for our Pinot Noir. This area is know for its cool ripening temperatures that ensure optimum flavour development. Made using a variety of fermentation techniques including natural, whole bunch and maceration. This wine will continue to develop over the next 5 10 years.
