The name Alta Mora reflects both the lofty heights of the vineyardsplanted up to 1,200m (4,000ft)and the dark volcanic soils that define this terroir. Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese, the indigenous red grape of Mount Etna, the 2022 vintage is sourced from four contrade: Solicchiata, Verzella, Guardiola, and Feudo di Mezzo. Vines grow on volcanic
