In 2012, new American oak Kosher barrels were filled with a Rye mash bill, all under the supervision of the Chicago Rabbinical Council. After spending seven years in those special barrels, the Straight Rye Whiskey was bottled at 94 Proof. The character is loud and wonderful. *This bottle is a collectors item, we will not be able to entertain
