Made entirely from estate grown Cortese, the 30 year old vines sit on classic Cessola marls and sandy soils, bringing purity and mineral tension to the wine. Hand harvested and cold macerated before gentle basket pressing, its fermented at cool temperatures and aged on fine lees for five months. The result is a bright,
