Germany, HJ. A Sports Uniform, First Pattern Hold Type I (1877-1932): Bronze gilt(HJ Sporthemd 1. Form). A well preserved HJ sports shirt, constructed of white cotton with a gentle corduroy weave. Stitched onto the chest is an insignia consisting of a diamond shaped white cotton base bearing a printed and multi coloured HJ emblem, measuring 15. 5 cm (w) x 24 cm (h). Otherwise plain and unmarked, the shirt measures approximately 32 cm (w) x 64 cm (l) (when folded on a flat surface and inclusive of shoulder straps). Accompanying the
